"I recently received news that my Auto Insurance premium was going up, due to a Nationwide increase. This "News", was nothing to celebrate and I immediately started thinking of ways I could try and save on my monthly bill. Well, someone over at State Farm must have a Crystal Ball or it might be something else, something even harder to believe.... that there's actually some insurance agents out there that actually care about saving their clients money. Unsolicited, unprovoked and unbelievable, my phone starts to ring, and it's State Farm, (no it wsn't Jake), it was Emyah, Emyah from State Farm and she was certainly not hideous! I couldn't believe what i was hearing, what's that you say?, you wabt to see how you can help me save money on my auto insurance? For the net 30 mins, Emyah, went over every possible options. Reviewing all 3 vehicles under my existing policy, comparing, contrasting and calculating all the possible changes, taking all of my questions and patiently sticking with me listening, as I vented my frustrations over the phone. Long story, longer, the call was worth every second of my time. Emyah was able to save me a ton of money on my Car Insurance and she remained helpful and friendly right until the end. I am very glad I decides to pick up the phone when she called. I think I have a entirely brand new perspective and appreciation for "good" insurance agents and more specifically Emyah over at State Farm.
