I had received multiple quotes for Auto that were high like everyone was sticking it to me price wise for a drop in my credit rating which was not serious. Frank Petronella the owner of the agency worked his magic with their underwriting dept and got me coverage that saved me 100's of dollars. He is very professional. I also have my HO policy with them as well. Janet Munoz , customer service, at the agency was also helpful regarding taking charge of getting my mortgage company the declarations within 15 minutes of my call.
