I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, and as a third-generation agent, insurance has always been a part of my life. I graduated from Rutgers University and enjoy spending time with my wife and children, staying active through fitness, and being outdoors.
Community involvement is important to me, and our agency regularly participates in local events and charitable initiatives. We also believe in creating a rewarding workplace by offering PTO, health benefits, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, team outings, bonus opportunities, and even the chance to earn early Fridays based on performance.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Frank Petronella - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
