ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, and as a third-generation agent, insurance has always been a part of my life. I graduated from Rutgers University and enjoy spending time with my wife and children, staying active through fitness, and being outdoors.
Community involvement is important to me, and our agency regularly participates in local events and charitable initiatives. We also believe in creating a rewarding workplace by offering PTO, health benefits, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, team outings, bonus opportunities, and even the chance to earn early Fridays based on performance.
Our culture combines a strong work-life balance with high performance. We work hard, support one another, and genuinely enjoy spending time together as a team. I'm looking for someone who has a great attitude, fits well within a team environment, and is motivated to succeed. Sales experience isn't required—I can teach the skills. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help customers.
