I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, and as a third-generation agent, insurance has always been a part of my life. I graduated from Rutgers University and enjoy spending time with my wife and children, staying active through fitness, and being outdoors.

Community involvement is important to me, and our agency regularly participates in local events and charitable initiatives. We also believe in creating a rewarding workplace by offering PTO, health benefits, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, team outings, bonus opportunities, and even the chance to earn early Fridays based on performance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Frank Petronella - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Spanish preferred.

Compensation $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
